Sheet Pan Turkey Fajitas

Ingredients
1 lb. turkey breast or fillets
2 bell peppers (any colour), sliced into strips
½ red onion, sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 package fajita seasoning
½ fresh lime
10 small soft tortillas
Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, diced or pickled jalapeno, sour cream or plain yogurt, cilantro, guacamole or avocado, shredded cheddar cheese, fresh lime, hot sauce, salsa
Method
Preheat oven to 425 °F.
Slice turkey, peppers and onions into strips and place in a mixing bowl.
Mix in oil and fajita seasoning.
Spread mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
Place in preheated oven and cook for approximately 15 minutes. Remove from oven halfway through to stir mixture. Turkey is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
While fajita filling is cooking, prepare toppings.
When turkey and veggies are cooked, remove from oven and sprinkle with the juice of half a lime.
